How it Works
Since every event is unique, all of our pricing is event-specific.
The first step is to contact us, either by phone or email, and we will send you information on our different bar packages. These packages are just a starting point, we can customize a plan that meets your specific budget and needs, including signature drinks. You’ll give us input on what you want, the type of alcohol you want served, what price range, and/or brands you would like served and for how many guests over the age of 21 will be served.
Once we developed a bar package for you, we can give you an estimate on what it will cost. If you approve of the estimate we will then draw up a final invoice for you. Pricing is dependent on the number of guests, type of alcohol being served, date, time, and duration of the bar. All alcohol prices are general estimates until a final invoice is issued, as prices on alcohol are changed regularly by the State of Ohio Liquor Control Board.
Your date won’t be officially secured until we receive a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the estimate and/or invoice we provide you. A signed copy of our service agreement will also need to be submitted along with the deposit. The remaining balance can be paid off in instalments or in one lump sum, but the total remaining amount of your invoice is due paid 2 weeks before the date of your event. Once the deposit and signed alcohol service agreement is received your event date is official and secured. In the event of event cancelation any money paid up to the point of cancelation including the deposit are nonrefundable, we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling if need be.
Liquor Sales: We can provide alcohol for all events booked at The Neeley Center (see our venue page for more info) No outside alcohol is permitted to be brought into the Neeley Center per Ohio State liquor regulations. For off campus events all alcohol for the event must be supplied by the event organizers. It is up to event organizer to make sure they are in compliance with all state liquor control regulations, and applicable state law(s).
